Masie's little sister Junie is gone. She left a trail of bubbles that go past the lily pads, lets follow the bubbles to see where she went!

AXI is a 2D platformer about an axolotl named Masie who runs and climbs on land and swims freely underwater.  Join her on a quest to find her missing sister, and discover what awaits in this platform / adventure game.

The characters and world design was inspired by my 3rd grader.  I hope you enjoy it!

Loved the sneak preview! My kids loved playing it as well, The art style and movement mechanics feel super fresh and distinct compared to typical platformers, and the bubble-trail story setup is adorable. Fantastic job on this build, we're all really looking forward to the full 24 levels!

Thanks! My daughter is still planning out the story and baddies! She’s 10, so who knows what surprises are in store!

l just love this look l can tell your experienced could l hopefully get to know where you got the art

We made the art based off conversations and my kiddos art.

The images and animation were built using an unreleased platform and set of tool I am building so that kids can bring ideas to life. The sound effects and music are produced by that same system.

If all goes well, those systems will be open sourced and offered as a paid service - we want to make it so anyone can produce game assets easily regardless of their experience level.
